Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record

International card purchases may be sold and processed by Creem.io as Merchant of Record and may appear as "CREEM* PDF2EPUB" on your statement. Mainland China local payments are processed by the provider shown at checkout. PDF2EPUB is your first contact for product, billing, and refund questions.

2. Refunds

A failed conversion does not automatically trigger a cash refund or restore credits used by completed billable operations. Contact PDF2EPUB support to request a review. We determine refund eligibility under this policy and applicable law; the payment provider used for the transaction processes an approved refund under its rules.

3. Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you can cancel at any time from your account settings. Canceling prevents future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing cycle. Subscription-period credits and benefits remain available until their displayed expiration; one-time purchased base credits keep their stated validity.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

• The email address used for the purchase.
• Your Order ID, invoice number, or payment transaction number (shown in the receipt from the provider used at checkout).
• A brief reason for the refund request (this helps us improve our product).

We will review your request. If approved, the provider used for the transaction will return the funds to the original payment method, subject to its processing times and applicable law.
