Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries related to payments, billing, and refunds. Your purchase will appear on your bank or credit card statement as "PADDLE.NET* PDF2EPUB".
2. Refunds
Since Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record, all refund requests are processed in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by contacting our support team or Paddle directly. Refund eligibility and processing are subject to Paddle's terms and applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Subscription Cancellations
If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Canceling your subscription prevents future billing, but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your remaining credits until the end of your current billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your Order ID or Invoice Number (provided by Paddle in your receipt email).
- A brief reason for the refund request (this helps us improve our product).
